Kitchener Waterloo Condo Towns Market Report February 2022
Condos and townhomes in the regions of Waterloo and Wellington are pretty much on par in terms of units sold between February 2021 vs February 2022, but the average sale price has shot up significantly by 35%, and the time to sell continues to drop.
The average unit is selling for almost 26% above list price, which is up by 2.2% over last month in January 2022.
